When do I need to pay?

There are 2 payment options:

1️⃣ You may leave 400,000 VND inside your laundry bag. We will take the payment and return the change. Please let us know where you placed the deposit.

2️⃣ Payment can be made upon delivery or left at the hotel reception once the final total is confirmed.
For direct payment on delivery, please ensure you are available before our driver finishes work at 8:00 PM.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash only.

Do I have to be around for collection and delivery?

Not necessary. You can leave your laundry at reception or a safe place and inform us in advance.

What temperature do you wash at?

We wash all items in cold water by default. Please let us know if you would like your laundry washed at a specific temperature. The maximum washing temperature available is 30°C.

Can I pay when you pick up my laundry?

You may leave a deposit amount, and we will return the change after weighing your laundry. The final price can only be confirmed once the laundry has been weighed.
